Eligibility & 30-Day Return Window

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused or in its original packaging.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. For these cases, return shipping is fully covered by Royal Honey Corp.
  • Customer Remorse: If you decide you no longer need the item, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please return your original item for approval. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange as appropriate.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
